It all began in the year 1990 in a small rented premises of Ghatkopar West. Maheshwari Vidyalaya was started with the sole intention to provide education to all the masses and especially to empower the economically backward class of the society. The Hindi Medium Department was established in the year 1996. Soon after which the Marathi Medium Department came into force in the year 2000 thus catering and lending helping hands to the lesser privileged section of society.With the success seen through the achievements of the students , Maheshwari Vidyalaya broadened its arms and set up day and night Jr. college in the year 2008.
