We are MAIL360, a team of 5 passionate entrepreneurs on a mission to make the packaging industry sustainable by saying no to new plastic.Our opportunity space lies in the 600 Bn dollar packaging industry in US which is growing with a CAGR of 1.2%. Additionally 20% of all online sales constitute of apparel orders. The rising trend in online shopping, is leading to increase in the no. of packages the customers receive. This trend is overlapping with customers getting unreceptive to wasteful packaging. This is exactly where we come into the picture to make reusability easier and cheaper. way.So, our offering is a sustainable packaging mailer integrated in the circular economy approach. Made out of 100 percent recycled plastic, it is available in 3 standard sizes.We are targeting apparel companies with an online presence. Additionally, companies selling soft line products are our secondary customers. And finally, E-commerce companies wanting to make the switch to a sustainable packaging model are also our customers.As regards are value proposition, we aim to disrupt the market with a unique B2B packaging solution. We are seeking to create a seamless infrastructure such that our mailers can take a full 360 degree turn going in between us to the e commerce companies then to the end users and back to use so that the mailers can be reused. Customers will be incentivized to mail back to mailers through discount coupons or loyalty program memberships.This space is relatively untapped and we our seeking to develop as many competitive advantages as we can. We will create for our customers a guilt free shopping experience and will do so through a a pre paid arrangement. Our mailers will be mailed to us only when they are 5 in number, and this would be a big step towards reducing fuel costs.
