With the two main goals of helping our customers substantially increase their profits and reduce their costs we design Operational and Maintenance Systems with which by improving different corporate functions like Production/Operations, Maintenance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Accounting, Safety, and others we achieve these goals. We also provide periodic Audits and Evaluation of our customer's Operational and Maintenance Procedures and training and assistance in the implementation of our Systems and on Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM methods. We also offer the Installation and Operation under contract of small oilfield surface production equipment and facilities. MEOK was founded in 2010 with the purpose of providing in the US the Operational and Maintenance Procedures developed by Renato Sanchez and COAMPSA in Guatemala. COAMPSA was founded in 1974. We bring to our customers over 45 years of experience and for many of our customers we have produced substantial and impressive results, for example, for one of our customers we were able to increase their profits by 20%, reduce total average cost by 40%, reduce maintenance cost by 70%, and reduce inventory by 40%.
