The Maio family has been active in the restaurant business since 1976. Their first hotel restaurant "La Bettola" was opened in Carisio, located between Biella and Vercelli in Italy. It maintains its popularity representing the Piedmont region cuisines with an excellence of combining tradition and trend at the same time.The Maio Group was later founded by the Maio brothers' named Alessandro and Massimo to expand the family business even further.Alessandro Maio ensures excellence at the Maio Restaurant in Milan as well as in Copenhagen.
