We are a peruvian art - craft company specialized in the embroidery of textiles.Our name comes from the combination of two words: "Maki" (quechua - hands) and Qantu (andean flower).We train women who loves this traditional art as well as the vulnerable ones, making possible women empowerment in Ayacucho, Peru.Our main inspiration are flowers, we add them in all our items in different sizes, shapes and colors. Our items are eco-friendly because we believe that embroidery can be adjusted the modern designs preserving the natural materials (100% sheep wool) and the traditional techniques (knitting in manual looms and handmade embroidery).
