Born from the founder's children's imaginations, the first service offers live one-on-one video calls with Santa Claus. It's called Hello Santa. The traditional "Mall Santas" suffer the same constraints as all brick-and-mortar retailers do, but companies are still making hundreds of millions of dollars.
