My name is Anique Mak van Waay, also known as ‘Makkie'. We all struggle to stay motived, keep on the right track, stay positive end keep that end goal in mind. For some it is losing weight, for others it might be a marathon and for most it is just feeling good and keeping your body active and fit. While I know it is not a "Makkie" (dutch for a piece of cake) I will help you to make it as fun and easy as possible. You can expect a lot of HIIT, burn and a little bit of boxing. Next to being a trainer I can help with mental guidance, nutrition, motivation and all other aspects next to the workouts itself. Personal Training: Do you want to get the most out of yourself? Choose personal training. We will start with an intake and discuss all your wished and needs. We will set goals together and look at the best training schedule and types of exercises for you. Health Coach:Looking for more than just a (personal) trainer? No problem, I am specialized in nutrition, mental guidance and motivating my clients. But what does this mean? It means that we will set goals together focussed on training, nutrition, sleep and all other aspects that are important on getting the most out of yourself. I will coach you through the whole proces, give you guidelines that you can work with. We all struggle and giving up sometimes seems easier than continuing, but with me it is just as important that you have fun and enjoy the proces. Makkie's Way is the fun and easy way, it is not a diet, not just another workout, it is a ifestyle that you can actually maintain and where there is plenty of space to enjoy all the good things in life!Want to combine personal training with group classes or just want to do group classes? No problem.You can find me at HIIT FIT West and HIIT FIT de Pijp for over 20 small group classes a week. My specialties? HIIT Circuit, BBB and HIIT & Burn. All group classes are suitable for all levels.
