The Establishment of the Malaysian Service Providers Confederation – MSPC (Gabungan Pembekal-Pembekal Perkhidmatan Malaysia) was launched on 2nd June 2009 and was duly incorporated as a Company with Limited by Guarantee without shares (CLBG) under the Companies Act 1965 on 2nd April 2010.MSPC's Objectivesa) To provide a platform and focal point for all service providers to formulate common strategies in dealing with the government and make recommendations and submissions on behalf of its members;b) To promote and contribute towards the development of a more efficient and service-friendly environment, and the bilateral, regional and multilateral framework for trade in services; andc) To establish and develop links with counterpart organisations at regional and global levels.
