Maldives Photographers Association was established in 13th August, 2008 to promote and develop the art and profession of photography in the Maldives. he Association endeavors to create awareness and interest in photography within young children, to train and assist would be photographers and to give a voice to professional Maldivian photographers and assist them compete in the globalized commercial photography market. MPA is a group of artisans, hobbyists, well wishers and friends dedicated to the promotion of an art form.
