It was established in 2054-04-14 BS (1997-07-29 AD), under company act with the objective of providing excellent brokering services to the clients.Prior to that, this company was established as an individual Stock Broker run by our Chairman Mr. Parameshwar Bhakta Malla from Poush 29,2050 BS.(13 Jan 1994 AD).It is also a clearing member of CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSC).
