Vivian established Mallorcaresidencia because she discovered that Mallorca lacked an international real estate agency specializing in exclusive properties that would appeal to the Scandinavian buyer. Today Mallorcaresidencia does more sales to Swedish buyers than any other agency on the island. With our headquarter in Santa Catalina and a newly opened southwest office in San Agustin, the firm offers expert local knowledge of high-value real estate in Mallorca.
