We are a bakery distribution fixating on the Original St. Louis Butter Cake, which is a 3rd generation recipe, with a modern touch to making an extraordinary mark in the baking scene. Using an age-long special recipe, we make the finest fluffy cake topped with a rich, buttery, custard-like layer. Ours is a cake with a difference. Leaving a delicious experience from the first bite to the last. Breaking the mold obsolete bakeries poised for long term growth and backed by a robust 20-year financial vision statement. We're a vibrant, resourceful, engaging company and well-motivated to grow sales in three channels, including e-Commerce, Food Service, and Retail.As emerging leaders in the baking industry, our passion revolves around setting the pace for making positive changes in the world in the best possible way using God's word. Grinding families back to the dinner table to enjoy our specially made dessert and creating that special bonding time is part of our goal. Also, Mama Bev's is co-founded by Gary Plassmeyer to honor his mom, Mama Bev, who developed the recipe upon which our business is built and to make his dad, Gerhard, proud. Our focus is on building lasting relationships with our customers, vendors/supplies, and team members rather than driving short term sales growth.We'll be building, maintaining, and growing our Vivid Vision. We'll focus on hiring using the "lack of weakness" approach instead of "specific skills". Additionally, we'll keep innovating flavors and concepts in a stale market and give our customers different options because we believe in the saying that "variety is the spice of life". We'll also be offering coaching, teaching, and guidance to our workforce to ensure they focus on the brand vision.
