Mama Dances is a family dance program, created by dancer and choreographer Eryn Dace Trudell. Our dance classes are perfected for Mom & Baby and Parent & Toddler, in studios and parks. They guide you through sequences and explorations of movement that connect you and your child in a spirit of discovery. Play, dance, sing and engage with your child in a social and creative environment. Mama dances features original rhythms, great music and beautiful dance, that both parents and children can enjoy. The culmination of approaches to movement, to dance, wellness and physical awareness all form the technique Mama dances. All family members are welcome to join our classes and no previous dance experience is required. Join our community, have fun and dance!Mom & Baby Dance 2-12 monthsOur mom & baby dance classes welcome you and your baby to a community of music and movement, cultivating an environment of creativity, dance, exercise and playful exploration. Designed to motivate and engage spontaneity and creative expression, while bonding with your baby. Parent & Toddler Dance 1-4 yearsOur parent & toddler dance classes offer your toddlers, a chance to find their dancing feet! Have fun and engage with your child through, dance, rhythms and songs in English and French. Designed to inspire movement through dance and creative expression, these classes focus on child development stimulus.
