Irin & Jake Rubin, MA, CHT created MamaZen™ to make a positive change in the mindset of mothers worldwide so children and their families can all live in a calmer, happier & healthier environment.It was birthed into existence during a difficult time in Irin's life as a mother. It has since positively transformed her, her kids, her family's life, and the lives of thousands of moms and families around the world.A former university professor of psychology, with a degree from UCLA and advanced degree from CSPP, Jake Y. Rubin, M.A is an expert in Mindfulness Meditation, trained at the Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) at UCLA, and is also a respected Board Certified Hypnotherapist.He has over 25 years of study and research in the areas of psychology, parenting and mindfulness and helps clients daily at his private practice in Los Angeles.In December of 2017, on the brink of a nervous breakdown from the stresses of motherhood, Irin said to Jake, "I just can't take it anymore. Please help me like you help your clients."So he did.Together they created a series of Mindpower Sessions™ to specifically address the issues she faced as a mother and much more.After just one session she felt lighter, calmer and more relaxed. It transformed the way she was mothering their children.The more she listened to the recordings... the more she became the mother she always wanted to be. So much happier, calmer, and more patient. She then noticed the difference in their children as well. They were better behaved, listened more and just seemed happier also.A few weeks later, at her mommy group, she realized how much all of the other moms were struggling with the exact same issues, too. So she shared the recordings with them, and they all experienced the same, incredible, positive transformations.So at Irin's suggestion, and with extensive research and testing, they decided to create MamaZen™ to help all moms worldwide to enjoy motherhood.
