The initial motivation for founding the company was the cooperation of two pharmacists, Dr. Gholamreza Hashemi and Dr. Morteza Moeini. In the early years of their work, they worked and gained experience for various pharmaceutical companies, until in 1972, they decided to establish a Privately Held Company and help the development of the country industry.Man company started its activity at the beginning of December 1972 as a leading group in the production of liquid detergent products with the names of Cleaner "C-Act" , carpet shampoo and Glass Cleaner "RIGHT", and soon the field of laboratory diagnostic such as Biochemistry Kits and Hematology Solutions were added to production lines.To achieve a valuable position in national and international market the company has always tried to use technical knowledge and expert staff in the field of production, quality control and sales,In addition of Using International standards of production and quality of products . In addition, the French company Elitech Group and the Dutch company Vital are known as foreign partner companies of this company.
