Management by Virtues (MBV) Consulting pioneered a unifying management discipline that jump-starts and accelerates the journey from "Good to Great" for all organizations. Aristotle defined virtue as the "appropriate excellence (good habits) of an activity and its purpose." Accordingly, "virtues are necessary for man to achieve his highest good or purpose - which is, to live a life ordered towards the good of all: his soul (inner well-being), his body (physical well-being), his neighbor (others in society) &, ultimately, his Maker (God)." More popularly known as the Cardinal Virtues, these four virtues were traditionally linked to personal excellence and had no direct relationship to 10X Organizational Performance.
