Manatronics is a leading manufacturer of various Load Banks for the Global Telecom Industry. This includes use as a Battery Load Tester or for Rectifier Test. We supply companies, such as Eaton, Emerson, Eltek, Oerlikon Batteries, Yuasa Batteries, Century Batteries, Alcatel, Saft and many others.All of our Load Banks are "Electronic loads", i.e. rather than the basic Resistive Load Banks. All of our loads have constant current and have option for Constant Power, Resistance and Voltage. They may be used for discharging batteries and are also used to test Telecom rectifiers. The Load bank forms an Electrical load which draws power from the DC Power Source. We also build Data Loggers to monitor cells or monoblocks during battery discharge. These units may also be used for remote monitoring Alarm over WAN, Ethernet (the web).PhilosophyOur philosophy for making any product including load banks is that the basic design must be simple and very robust (both physically and electrically). We target our products to do exactly what the "end customer" requires and no more. We provide Customers with a cost effective solution to their requirements, so that their project can be completed on time and within budget. Because our products are very reliable, we keep our customers happy in that there are no on-going worries with the equipment. It is intended to be "fit and forget", i.e. no problems and no down time.QA Program.In 2004 we gained certification for Quality Assured Company by AS /NZS ISO 9001:2000. Once our products have been built they then undergo rigorous testing. Then electrical safety tests are performed. After this they are given a burn-in period to cause maximum stress and thermal cycling to the various components. The units are QA inspected again then they are given a final QA test. Documented test results for each unit are recorded and filed.
