Since its inception, the Company has maintained a high status as a specialized, inventive, honest, serious, and significant manufacturer and exporter of high-quality and uniquely packaged saffron, as well as services, cantered on customer satisfaction, on the global trade scene. We collaborated with the Saffron Farmers Union and picked unique farmers who were trained for the appropriate criteria of land/crocus bulb planting ratio to assure our supply was available, healthy, and qualified. The Quality Management Unit oversees the planting, pest control, and harvesting processes, as well as purifying the saffron that enters the facility. Our team has a long history of producing, processing, and delivering various varieties of saffron using fully automated industrial and sanitary equipment under international food processing standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, and HACCP. We use four above-zero fridges with a capacity of 5000 tons of crocus blossoms and a storage capacity of 15 tons of frozen saffron in the center of the world's saffron industry. The plant, which has a contemporary production hall, can cut the stigmas with completely mechanized gear according to the consumers' requests at the start of the saffron season, dry them off, and package them. The entire procedure is meticulously regulated to retain the original flavor, fragrance, and coloring power of Saffron. Packaging is done following client preferences and in such a way that the natural scent of saffron is preserved throughout its shelf life. A highly advanced recognized laboratory examines and sieves the saffron input feed to the plant and classifies the saffron free of contamination into several categories based on the quality and specification of saffron.
