The Spirit of Manchester Distillery began as a dining room gin distillery and now occupies six Grade-II* listed railway arches in the heart of Manchester, with a wide range of award-winning spirits loved around the world.Our master distillers and founders, Jen and Seb, met and fell in love in the city over a shared passion for gin and Manchester. Years later in their newly purchased home together they started distilling Manchester Gin, a premium gin which was immediately loved locally.
