MandiBridge is a for-profit business incubator that is focused on creating and developing early stage businesses in economically depressed regions. Mandibridge helps economically dis-advantaged people set up profitable businesses and will share the risks and the revenue of the incubated businesses in a fair and transparent manner. The company provides hands-on support during the incubation stage of each local business. This covers all aspects of business from organisation design, strategy and planning, marketing to arranging finance – both for capital expenditure and working capital. Our approach is to move from a high touch engagement with the incubated businesses in the beginning to a low touch engagement over a period of time. The intent is to develop the capabilities of the organisation to be able to manage and sustain itself without our support in the medium term.
