Mann Properties has been a member of the Delmarva Condominium Managers Association for countless years and Mann Properties was one of the founding members. Buck Mann was also on the National Board of Trustees of CAI. Buck Mann and Igor Conev are active members in the Ocean City Development Corporation. Buck Mann is on the Board of Directors in the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the executive committee. Buck Mann has been a member of the Maryland Legislative Action Committee (MDLAC) for over a decade. The LAC is a lobbyist group that monitors condominium law in Maryland.
