Forwardist Brian Mannix is running for New York's 8th District in the House of Representatives. Our government is broken, folks. We are divided 50/50 on every issue, but this is a false choice brought about by our two party duopoly where, on every single issue, the Democrats take one side and the Republicans take the polar opposite. The false extremism is brought about because only 12% of the people vote in Party Primaries and in 83% of all elections, it's just that 12% of people who determine the winner. 12% of people who are as fiercely into politics as your neighbor is into the NFL. The people who are that close in have extreme positions and cause our elected leaders to service these extreme demands first so that they can win the primary and get elected.The Forward Party seeks to change all of that with non-partisan primaries, so 100% of the people decide 100% of the elections, putting humanity first, changing the metrics of how we measure the econony to a more human centered approach.
