Mānoa Chocolate is a Hawai'i based bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Kailua, O'ahu! Since 2010, we've been sourcing cacao beans from Hawaii and around the world to craft into fine chocolate. "Bean-to-bar" means turning ethically sourced cacao from seed to chocolate bar - all in one place. Our mission is to do good through chocolate! This means: • Help develop an agricultural industry in Hawaii based around cacao agroforestry• Have direct trade relationships with farmers• Prioritize transparency and sustainability• Assist in the development of the craft chocolate industry globally• And last but not least, make people happy through delicious chocolate
