I help entrepreneurs create new businesses from scratch as their CTO; I help established businesses innovate upon their business model and offerings as their product R&D team; and help small businesses who need an entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) or short-term on-site consulting to meet their product goals.I make decisions alongside our R&D clients in a relationship designed to start with a beta and graduate through early revenue and/or capital, winding down with vetting services as they build their in-house team when the time is right. From ideation to launch, everything is as-you-need-it, scalable, and practical.
