Manson Recruitment Specialists is a no nonsense staffing specialists with Scott heading up the business with his 15 years in the ever changing world of recruitment. Offering more than just the typical staffing options, Scott also wants to offer sales training, CV writing, interview training and working with the youth of the NE through apprenticeships, and local businesses who want to use the younger generation to excel in the world of work. I also want to work with ex offenders and ex service find roles. Scott says "having a 'colourful' past myself and knowing how hard it is to change, I also know how difficult it is for employers to take a risk on hiring so I want to do all I can to prove that leopards CAN change their spots"
