Mansudev arranges and facilitates management conferences, workshops and events. The primary format of our events is on-line, through web-based platforms such as Google Meetings, Zoom, Hangouts and Microsoft Teams. However, we do also present some of our events location-based.The focus of our workshops and seminars (events) is on practical solutions, with our facilitators applying a coaching-based approach (guiding participants toward the mastery of management competencies and applications by taking them through the principles, as well as the practical application thereof). One-third of our facilitation time is normally used to convey the theoretical principles to participants; half to coach the practical application thereof, and the remainder to engage in a question-and-answer interaction with the audience.To support this approach, we design and apply –(1) high-quality presentations slides to explain the theory, and to be used by participants for internal organisational purposes after conclusion of the event; (2) Excel-and Word-based spreadsheets and templates for the practical application (which can be applied as tools in the place of work) and (3) guidelines that explain the theory on the hand of practical application through a phased-approach that guides the reader step-by-step towards mastery of management principles.
