Kristin holds a Master's degree in Music Therapy from Temple University. She has practiced music therapy for 15 years concentrating on the mental health population. Map 2 You is Life Coaching/Consultant work designed to help you on your journey to self-acceptance. The Map 2 You process is holistic in nature – as we know that our minds/bodies/and emotional selves are all connected. Kristin can help you explore the Map 2 You with clarity by focusing on self-acceptance and breaking unhealthy pathological patterns. We do this by taking responsibility and removing emotional developmental blocks so that we are able to mature emotionally thereby improving our relationships with Self and others. We may use creative methods at times such as art, music and writing to reach these goals.Kristin encourages couples to attend Map 2 You sessions together so that she may mediate and bring subconscious communications to your awareness. Many people have learned to suppress their true thoughts and feelings and therefore have difficulty communicating and expressing themselves to others.
