Just like traditional maps that lead us from point A to B, Digital Community Resource Maps can support students and families in moving from where they are now to their many goals down the road.Through the MAPS process, together we can enhance person-directed planning and pre-employment transition services with a digital portfolio of opportunities, supports and services that follows with individuals through the many systems they interact with throughout life. Choose from one of our three training packages or collaborate with our team to develop a fully customized training sequence to help your team achieve a specific goal.MAPSWe will meet with your team for a 90-minute, hands-on workshop specific to your goals. Everyone leaves with their own "base" map created and ready for further customization.MAPS+Our MAPS workshop plus all attendees receive unlimited access to our online learning center.MAPS ProMAPS+ with four customized technical assistance sessions. A great option for training a team of local experts.
