What started as a hobby for Mike has now become his driving passion. Starting with an entrepreneurial approach, the company is actively engaged in real estate investment, development and revitalization, with an emphasis on timely, market-responsive decision making designed to optimize profitability while turning around under-performing properties.Our philosophy for real estate acquisitions is to seek out selective ground-up multi-family builds and properties that have underperformed due to inexperienced property management, inappropriate market positioning and lack of capital or suboptimal leasing.
