Marcusdot Consult Ltd was formed in Denmark, in summer 2011 to provide architectural services to expats. The firm, which has a research-based approach, coupling sustainability and material investigation, is now operating out of Accra, Ghana. Our aim is to build and sell affordable and sustainable homes for the city dwellers, the ever-increasing middle-income earners who are eager to own houses, as well as those living abroad who want to settle home. Ghana has large expanse of undeveloped Land requiring new construction of low cost housing to accommodate many of its city dwellers.
