Margie Middleton and Associates is back, with Margie Middleton at the helm. After building her own specialist call centre consulting and training company over five years, the success of her efforts was rewarded when Adcorp Holdings bought the company, mma, in 2004. Margie spent just over three years as a key member of the Emmanuel's team but in early 2008 decided she would prefer to return to the world of training and consulting. Margie is a recognised personality in the South African Call Centre community. She has been involved in the industry for 22 years, and her experience spans from starting as a call centre agent to being a team leader, call centre manager, trainer, general manager and director of call centre organisations.Margie Middleton & Associates is a level 3 contributor. Her team has a collective 30 years of experience in the contact centre industry and is based in Cape Town. They however travel to where they are needed to advice and support clients on a range of services
