Therapy can be of great help by helping you pinpoint the issues that need to be worked on and challenging you to make choices that will lead to a more fulfilling life.All the therapists in my practice share the above treatment philosophy. Our specialty areas include depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, relationship/marriage difficulties, infertility support, parenting, life transitions, anger management, grief, couples counseling, child/adolescent therapy, family therapy. Calls for appointments are taken 8am-5pm M-F or by email.We utilize an empathetic and integrative approach in our work with each client. Great care is given to establishing a collaborative relationship and understanding each person's unique circumstances/personal history. We view therapy as a journey that we take together with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
