Lynn Woodhall SPHR, SHRM-SP is a Human Resources executive and consultant with expertise in the creation, development and leadership of Human Resources. She has built or re-created the Human Resources function for small to mid-sized organizations and specializes in start-up and post-merger environments. Her experience includes all areas of Human Resources with a focus in the areas of recruitment of key talent and employee retention, benefit programs, as well as legal and regulatory compliance. Lynn launched an independent HR consultancy practice in 2010 and has engaged with clients in a variety of industries.Previously, Lynn held the HR leadership roles at Rollease Acmeda, Paraco Gas, Crius Energy, VBrick Systems, MECA Software, and Thomson Software Products, a U.S. division of Thomson, CSF of France.Lynn received her B.A. in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven and studied at Manhattanville College in 2010 to prepare to sit for the SPHR exam.
