Marine Systems & Solutions,Established 1991 as a subsidiary of Saab Marine Electronics AB (later Emerson).The company was bought out by management in 2008.Head counting ≤ 10 person (graduate professionals).Core business for the company is in sales and service of shipboard equipment but also doing work with onboard processes and acts as a consultant for both owners and yards with ship design, construction and operation.The company has long relations with many of the world´s most famous marine companies acting as their local partner for the FSRU market. In cooperation with its partners the company has used its engineering capability to work out solutions to make ships operation more efficient. Many of the solutions for arctic conditions have become standard for many operators.The company has always the ambition to make every vessel more efficient and therefore many of the solutions comes from combining processes onboard that for many years have been seen as isolated systems. This holistic way of looking at a ship is only possible because of the engineering capabilities within the company.
