Maritime Cook Islands (MCI) is the Cook Islands Register for Ships and Yachts that performs the Flag State functions on behalf of the Cook Islands Government. MCI operates directly from the Cook Islands and can provide services and assistance to its clients anywhere in the world through an extensive network of Deputy Registrars and approved surveyors. The Administration provides online services for yacht registration; Survey and Certification, Seafarer training and certification, including a fast and effective endorsement procedure for crew. MCI's state-of-the-art IT platform (Upvise) has been customised to meet the vessel registration and crew certification requirements.
