MFDS LTD is a family run company providing the construction industry with outstanding levels of service and the highest quality CAD drawings for building envelope detailing since 1999. We are a team of experienced cladding detailers, fully trained in many types of traditional and contemporary envelope systems.We have a fully trained team who can give you confidence by providing the quality and accuracy our industry requires.We have a dedicated checking department that overlooks every detail drawing, material schedule, TEK screw & stick pin! Nothing is issued until it has passed our rigorous checking process.All sizes of projects are considered. We have worked on contracts that take a day and contracts that have taken over 18 months.We can provide a cost for each specific contract or work on an hourly rate. If an hourly rate is your preference we can provide a full breakdown of hours.We can attend hand over meetings & design team meetings to ensure information flow is achieved efficiently and we try and promote this ethos on every contract we undertake.We have a dedicated ‘document controller' who is responsible for receiving and issuing of all correspondence, drawings and schedules. Our document controller also manages all the contracts that use collaboration websites. Information management can be a very time consuming task, having a document controller allows our detailers to carry on with what they are good at...detailing!We carry professional indemnity insurance for our drawings.
