Two industry leaders merged to create Mark Portrait Construction. Bruce Abbey and Todd Jorgensen, both with more than forty years of construction experience, joined forces to begin building residential, multi-family homes. With Bruce's experience with Portrait Construction in Corona, California building and improving Multi-Family homes, and Todd's vast knowledge of construction methodology and award-winning commercial projects, it was an ideal partnership.
