We specialize in custom homes, both renovation and new construction. Our team, organization, procedures and philosophies have been designed around catering exclusively to the most discerning clients, building the highest quality and most distinctive homes. We also offer complete design services, and/or collaborate with other architects and designers to provide the best team for you. The majority of our work is along the shores of Lake Michigan and the many inland lakes of Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Many of our projects have construction challenges that most home sites do not. Building along water often presents an entirely different level of knowledge and expertise needed in site, soil and structural requirements, permit regulations along with many other challenges not normally encountered.
