The agency team was first gathered in 1994, forming the advertising department of New Television – the first private TV channel in Bulgaria. In 1999 Marketing communications Ltd. was established as a privately owned company, dedicated to client advertising promotion.From the very first year of work as an independent agency, Marketing Communications established direct relations with producers and distributors on the Bulgarian media market. The agency settled a long term partnership with media representatives and keeps inline with market movements. Direct relations and close partnerships with media are essential to the main goals of the agency: building and realizing the most effective strategy in response to each of it's clients specifics. In 2006 Marketing Communications Ltd. started working in cooperation with Aegis media group /one of Europe's leading media agency networks/ and was an affiliate partner of Carat and Vizeum (Aegis network) in BG. Since 2011 Agency operates as a representative office of Carat in Bulgaria.For 2010 Carat MC is rated 2nd on the market (based on turnover).
