Our industry leading team of professionals specialize in providing expertise in IT Project Management managing all Marriott EMEA Opening Projects across 122 countries spanning across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Managing the project estimation, owner negotiation, design and implementation of the IT infrastructure, set up of the Projects from start through to Training and Go-Live when the hotel opens. The team plays a significant role in enabling Marriott's EMEA Hotel opening pipeline of New Opening & Conversion Projects for both leased/owned, managed & franchise projects. Based across the region at strategic locations the team enables cost efficient project management with in region experience. Collectively having more than 150 years of combined experience within Marriott with 12 different cultures & languages. The five Project Directors have ownership of the projects from inception to handover to IT Operations. I process which can take multiple years or a few months, based on the contract timelines and development needs. The Directors have successfully managed 135 openings in 2021 & will manage around 170 openings in 2022. Marriott goals only see these numbers increase over the years.Our IT Project Manager team of technical experts are our specialists in keeping abreast & being able to implement the latest technology during the final implementation phase. They coordinate the onsite installation & implementation of all hotel related systems.Our team of trainers offer cost effective & Marriott specialized training to cover the Oracle Opera PMS and Sales & Catering suites. The teams take care of both auditing, configuration, training & go live elements of the systems implementation & Include our Reservation Training Managers, a team of experts, with a multitude of experience, in Reservations, Revenue, Groups & Events, Support Desks, Contact Centers, Above Property support structures, Sales & Marketing.
