The Marsam (gallery) is an art-centred institution concerned with the artistic life of different age brackets. Since its launch in 2003, the Marsam has been striving to highlight the importance of nurturing talents and promote art as an intellectual virtue in society, by using modern techniques that meet modern-day requirements and changing teaching and education methods. On the another hand, the Marsam offers many services related to art and artists in various areas. Moreover, as detailed in the Marsam's strategic plan, it plays a significant advisory role in solidifying the perception of art within society using a profound methodology. Marsam Mattar works to achieve its strategic goals, including raising awareness of art and prominent talents, through cooperation with arts-focused bodies in the UAE as well as other concerned sectors. These goals also comprise supporting talented children and strengthening the role of artists in discovering and developing talents.
