Bobby's sculptures and furniture creations are a celebration of one of nature's most abundant and renewable resources – wood. Whether he is sourcing from ethically sustainable sources or wandering the beaches of collecting unique pieces of driftwood, Bobby uses the unique designs provided by nature to create one-of-a-kind home decor items meant to enhance homes and commercial properties around the globe. Bobby Marsden is a self-taught abstract wood artist originally from Minneapolis, currently residing in Los Angeles with his wife & business partner, Christina Twomey, along with their rescue pup, Kazan. Working alongside his wife, who happens to be an insanely talented abstract resin artist, has inspired Bobby to apply his learnings towards creating one-of-a-kind sculptures and luxury furniture items. The Driftwood + Gemstone sculptures range in size and style with the flexibility to mount to walls, function as table décor, or mount to bases as floor sculptures. Bobby works with a variety of natural healing crystals and hand-places each one, while maintaining the shape of the driftwood as it was found – shaped by its travels in the ocean. The intent with the driftwood sculptures is to enhance the beauty and vibrational energy in every room they occupy. Bobby's work and collaborations have been featured in national exhibitions, galleries and in TV & film on HBO, Netflix, and Bravo. Bobby Marsden has also received press from Artful Living Magazine, Minnesota Monthly, and Edina Magazine. He is available to work on commissions for collectors: private or commercial, interior designers and architects.
