Marshall Consulting Service is a patient advocacy company that helps veterans and non-veterans age 50+ to understand California's long-term care benefits. This includes information on veterans' health care, state veterans' homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult day care. We strive and hope that all elderly people, regardless of their current health conditions have long-term care goals and a long-term care plan.As an advocate I will work directly with clients (or with their legal representatives) to ensure they have a voice in their care and information to promote informed decision making. I also may work independently or in medical or other organizational settings helping patients to receive exceptional customer service and being treated as a partner in their healthcare.
