Marshfield employs engineering professionals at varying levels with significant program/project development and design management experience from project initiation to completion. Our Directors have both been working in the industry for over 20yrs in all facets of large civil construction, such as road works, tunnelling, marine and structural/bridge works, airports, power stations, utilities. For both clients and contractors, most of these projects were state/federal government funded and delivered to state government standards.Other Marshfield employees are also experienced in project inception, design and design management in varying aspects of civil construction and building works; for sponsors, designers and constructors.Our staff has been involved in projects/programmes at various stages from an early feasibility study and scope definition to the benefits realization.Marshfield's current portfolio consists of the establishment of a $180m road work program for the State Road Authority (DIT), the engineering management for a $400m State Government funded construction project for a tier one construction contractor, and other smaller assignments.
