Marthwada Auto cluster (MAC) is a Sec-8 Company under the IIUS Scheme of Department of Industrial Policies and Promotion (DIPP) , Government of India. The main objective is to establish a common STATE OF ART common Facility center where in the Manufacturing and Human Resource development facilities will be offered to Local SMEs in order to make them globally competitive. Manufacturing Facilities Installed:1 Digital Library equipped with all Industrial Standards, JIS, DIN, ISO, ASTME etc2. Design Centre with latest Engineering software like CATIA, SOLID WORKS PREMIUM, SOLID EDGE, NX Advanced, NX Model wizard, NX Progressive Die wizard and ALTAIR 3. Rapid prototyping machine for Plastic –BEOSINT P 395.4. Tool Room Machines like HMC, VMC, Turn Mill Centre, Large Bed Double column VMC of MAZAK make, Wire cutting machine, surface grinder, Radial drilling machine.5. Fully equipped Standards Room consisting of Mitutoyo make, CMM, Roundness tester, surface roughness tester, vision measuring machine contour measuring machine, Electronic Height gauge , spectrometer.6.
