Dogs, as the relatives of wolves, are evolutionally adapted to create proteins in their organism (during the translation and transcription of DNA) synthesised from amino acids acquired from meat, not from plant proteins. This is also the reason why meat should make up at least 90% of a dog's diet.We strive to allow dog owners to feed their dogs the most natural and also the most delicious diet without the added burden of flavours, dyes, conservatives, etc., while providing top quality dog food that is as comfortable as possible to prepare. Although granules are nutritionally sufficient and a comfortable option for feeding, preferred by most due to how easy they are to prepare, in reality, granules contain a small portion of meat (the best brands are around 40-50%), which means that dogs get rid of the majority the feed. Moreover, feeding from one kind of granules can be compared to an "astronaut's diet" in the form of some homogeneous pasta, which has all the nutrients necessary for the body but still has the same artificial taste and consistency. Our opinion is that if we consider a dog or a cat to be a member of the family, we should not make our dog or cat eat this way, instead providing the most natural diet possible.
