Mary Creative was founded in 2019 by Ashlé Colston, after she realized the severe lack of representation for women of color in this industry. Of course, doing her own thing has always been her dream. However, after pursuing a creative degree and working in the industry, she could not wait any longer. Did you know that Black women make up less than 3% of the design industry? Simply put, THAT. IS. NOT. ENOUGH. Ashlé was determined to create an environment for minority female creatives to thrive. So, here is Mary Creative a digital design agency just for women of color.
