Events Services - Tel Aviv-Yafo, , Israel
A culinary venture aimed at empowering, containing and connecting between IDF disabled veterans. In Hebrew, the name of the venture is made up of two words: Masa which means journey, and Matan which means giving. I chose this name for the venture because it symbolizes the journey IDF disabled veterans go through after they are wounded after giving so much to the country.Masa uMatan produces intimate culinary events for up to 50 participants, centering on food and changing content about culinary art - for IDF disabled veterans ages 20-40, with physical and mental injuries. The events serve as a platform, an opportunity for participants to meet, to feel a sense of belonging. They also enable a connection between young disabled soldiers and older disabled veterans, and of course – an occasion to recognize their contribution to society and the state.
