This will inform and drive the social media and content strategy.We will then move to Stage 2 'Setting up for success'. Creating and optimising your chosen channels to ensure that they are ready for you to start your activity.Stage 3 focuses on 'Creating and testing the conversation'. This will mean curating and creating content and testing its resonance with your target customers. Ultimately we will be able to create a variety of content in different formats that will allow you to engage your audience and hit your KPIs.Stage 4 moves to 'Engaging with friends'. Social media is after all about being social and engagement is a crucial part of this. Wether you do this or prefer me to do it on your behalf this will drive your brand awareness and build your customer engagement.The final stage, Stage 5 will be focused around additional advertising spend in order to drive further results. Finding and targeting the right people to grow your network.
