Masibambane Recruitment (Pty) is one of the largest Black Empowerment recruitment agencies in South Africa which has incorporated Professional Labour Brokers as well as Community- based Organizations. This vehicle enables Clients to support previously economically disadvantaged communities even while they conduct their normal business activities. There are no handouts. This economic assistance is earned, while still providing a professional service. Our staff and consultants are specialists in the fields in which they operate. This enhances their understanding of the client's needs, which is to effectively bring a project to a successful and speedy conclusion. The staff and consultants are available twenty four hours a day. Due to the immense size of Masibambane's resource base and community involvement around the country we are able to service clients at very short notice, anywhere in Southern Africa. Our main branches are Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Mossel Bay, Gauteng, Richards Bay, George, East London and Saldanha Bay. Satellite Branches are set up according to large contracts and our client's requirements. We are heavily involved with the Community Development Projects through both Nompucuko Self-empowerment Project, a project that has been designed to empower women, as well as Western Cape Community Organisation (WECCO) who are involved with the construction of the low cost housing for previously disadvantaged individuals. Masibambane also has a number of operational subsidiary companies including Masibambane Skills and Training, Masibambane cleaning Services, Masibambane Horticultural and Gardening services and , Masibambane Medical Services. We are Service Sita accredited and sponsored by the Department Of Labour to undertake various training programs around the country.
